Keeping You Connected

With Ovivio, you can share in your child’s special moments even when you’re apart. From photos and daily updates to learning milestones, Ovivio helps you stay connected with your child’s day and be part of their learning journey at nursery and at home.

Meal times:

If your child has nursery food you will be provided with a menu for each week.

Packed Lunches –

If your child attends for a full day will need two packed meals one for lunchtime and one for teatime.

If your child attends for half a day they will need one packed meal either for lunch or tea.

Please be aware:

Nuts and peanuts must not be included in packed lunches in any form. NURSERY WILL MONITOR THE CONTENT OF PACKED LUNCHES CAREFULLY TO PROTECT ALL CHILDREN IN THE SETTING. From time to time the list of foods excluded maybe be changed to accommodate individual allergies present at any time in the setting. All allergens in food must be clearly labelled on outside of any packaging.

Parents MUST make staff members aware if your child’s lunchbox contains any of the following allergens clearly with all the ones they contain. These are: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, sesame seeds, soya and Sulphur dioxide. 

  • If your child has a favourite comforter, dummy or special item that helps them settle, please let us know. Familiar items can be particularly helpful during the settling-in period and when your child is feeling tired or unsettled.

  • Please make sure that all of your child's belongings are clearly labelled with their name, including clothing, shoes, bottles, lunchboxes and bags. This helps us to keep your child's belongings together and prevents items from becoming lost or mixed up.

  • We encourage you to keep us updated about anything that may affect your child's day, such as changes to their routine, sleep, eating habits or how they are feeling. You can communicate with us through the nursery app or speak to a member of staff when dropping off or collecting your child.

  • Please don't ever feel that you are asking too many questions. Our team is always here to listen, reassure and support you. If there is anything you are unsure about, or if your child’s needs or circumstances change, please speak to a member of the management team or your child’s key person.
